A project in which Everit Builders completed with the mission to maintain its pre-war charm intact. Originally designed in 1895 by Angelo H. Martire Architect and built for Mrs. Emily D.C. Culver. Everit builders converted this then 1 family into what is now home to 8 families with still treasuring its facade for another 100+ years.
